About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering our “In Our Words” initiative – a series of cultural storytelling events created in partnership with Portsmouth Creates. These events will be co-produced with community groups and celebrate heritage through stories, food, and the arts.

  • Confident working with families and in diverse cultural settings
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • We actively encourage applications from individuals with lived experience who identify as being from an ethnic minority background, as this perspective is central to the aims of the role.

  • Training and personal development opportunities
  • The chance to shape a meaningful city-wide project and create lasting change
